Large base of shaved Brussels sprouts. I got mine at Whole Foods. At the March 2016 potluck I used golden raisins, craisins, chopped carrots, chopped dried apricots, sunflower seeds, and Marzetti coleslaw dressing. For variations, add to taste any combo of the following; nuts, dried fruit, wheat berries, diced cucumber, strawberries, blueberries, etc… Use your imagination and enjoy! You can also use carrots and broccoli stems as the base.
